Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to IMPERFECTIONISTS Ltd. “Customer”, “you” or “your” refers to the person purchasing goods from our website.


By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. The Contract Between Us
A legally binding contract is formed when:

  • You place an order on our website, and
  • We send you an order confirmation email accepting that order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where we reasonably suspect resale or misuse.

3. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

Our products are intended for personal use only and not for resale unless agreed in writing.

4. Price and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched. If payment is declined or 
reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


5. Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed, but goods will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address provided.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Cancellation Rights)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing at:

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund:

  • The full cost of the goods; and
  • The standard delivery charge

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

7. Exemptions from Cancellation
The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once 
    unsealed; 
  • Customised or personalised products;
  • Goods that have been used beyond reasonable inspection.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, branding, images, graphics, text and creative elements, is owned by or licensed to IMPERFECTIONISTS Ltd.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any rights you have under UK consumer law

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
