This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.imperfectionists.dk by customers located in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days once payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification by email.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery

– Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days

– Approx Cost: £8

Express Delivery

– Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

– Approx Cost: £10

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen 
circumstances.
All prices shown at checkout include UK VAT where applicable.

4. Delivery Conditions
We deliver to the UK mainland. Additional charges or delivery restrictions may apply for 
remote locations.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave a card with collection 
instructions.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking 
information. You may track your delivery via the courier’s website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the

7. Customs & Import Fees
For UK customers, all prices include UK VAT and duties. There should be no additional 
charges on delivery.
