Returns & Refund Policy
1. Your Consumer Rights
As a consumer in the UK, you are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You have a 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) period from the date you receive your goods.
You may return items for any reason within this period and receive a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days:

You will then have 14 days from your cancellation notice to return the goods to us.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Goods must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Any tags must be attached
- Goods must be returned in a resaleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use beyond inspection for quality.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Standard return shipping is at your cost, unless:
✔ The item is faulty
✔ The item is materially different from its description
We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

We will advise on whether you should:
- Return the item; or
- Be offered a replacement/refund without return (if cost-effective)
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method used at purchase.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Exceptions
You cannot cancel or return goods if:
✔ The item is sealed for health/hygiene reasons and has been unsealed after delivery
✔ The item has been personalised to your specifications
✔ Digital content was supplied immediately with your prior consent
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund, then place a new order.
